Eave & Sill builds a maintenance schedule for your house or apartment, then sends one short summary a week: what’s due, what can wait, and what it costs if it doesn’t get done.
Coming soon to iPhone and iPad. Web and Android later.
Enter your address and answer a few questions: the type of home, whether you own or rent, how it’s heated. The app sets your climate and freeze dates, and leaves out tasks that don’t apply.
On the day and time you choose, you get a single notification listing what’s due. Quick jobs come first. It’s the only reminder the app sends.
Each task has short steps and the reason it matters. Mark it done and your home health score goes up. Snooze lengths match the task, so a monthly check waits a week and a freeze task waits three days at most.
When a task is late or a freeze is close, the app shows what it costs today next to what it could cost if it waits, and says plainly what goes wrong. It’s a reason to do the job, not a scare.

Gas heat adds flue checks. A crawl space adds moisture checks. Renters see indoor tasks only. Questions come up when they matter, such as whether your furnace has a humidifier, and each one is asked once.
